Svenn Midtgaard, Co-Founder & CEO, is a founding Director of Ventura Capital, LLC, a venture capital firm located in Long Beach, California. Mr.Midtgaard has more than thirty years experience in investment banking, finance, business development and corporate positioning for acquisition of high technology companies. He has, on several occasions held executive positions as President and CEO.

He has also held operating management positions in finance, sales and marketing, in both start up and fast growth public companies.

Mr. Midtgaard has served as an executive with several private and public technology companies where he was responsible for general management and strategic business development. Prior to joining Ventura Capital Mr. Midtgaard served as Executive Director of Med Mark, Inc., a management consulting company and as Vice President of McGaw Laboratories, Irvine, CA Mr. Midtgaard has served as a board member on numerous boards of directors.

Mr. Midtgaard has been a frequent speaker in the investment community, both domestically and internationally and a key note speaker with the U.S. Department of State, where he received the President of The United States E-Award for contributions to the export of high technologies. Mr. Midtgaard received his business degree from the Business School of Odense, Denmark and additional MBA studies at Northwestern University in Chicago.

Mr. Michel G. Laporte, Co-Founder, possesses many years of experience in both marketing and management. From 1986 to 1992, he worked in Europe as a Business Finder and Developer in the fields of Mutual Funds, Life Insurance as well as Private Placements. Through his extensive experience, Mr. Laporte has become a knowledgeable leader in the domestic and international arenas, especially in the manipulation of transitional tools.

Mr. Laporte was an instructor with the Canadian Armed Forces. He started his military career in 1981 in Ontario, Canada, where he subsequently served in South Germany.

Mr. Laporte studied Civil Engineering. Mr. Laporte has many years experience in the field of educational conferences. He regularly participates in specialized international seminars, geared toward potential investors seeking structures as well as vehicles allowing them to optimize their tax situation in line with local regulations.

In 1992, Michel G. Laporte co-founded a Bahamian company called World Asset Management (WAM), which specializes in managing patrimonies in offshore jurisdictions in addition to setting up Complex Business Structures combining various countries, entities and domestic as well as international jurisdictions. He is very involved in the world of international finance as a consultant and has a deep understanding of the several investment vehicles domestically and internationally, which serves well his clientele of investors seeking growth and the protection of their assets.

Erik Steen Jensen, Esq., Euro Banking Expert, co-founded the law offices of Advokaterne, Aarhus, Denmark (Denmark’s largest law firm) in 1976 and sold his ownership interest in 1988; Chairman of board of High Meadows since 1989, a financial service company specializing in financing of second trust deed mortgages in Denmark. Mr. Jensen was for more than ten years Chairman for Topklub and an F.I.F.A. soccer judge. Mr. Jensen has served on the board of directors of numerous public companies including banks.

Mr. Jensen is also co-founder and Chairman of Hummel Africa Ltd. Mr. Jensen received his law degree from University of Aarhus, Denmark in 1975 and is admitted to the Danish Court and further admitted to the Supreme Court in Denmark in 1980.
